For many Congregations, communicating individually with each member can be a challenge for those in leadership.  While the use of electronic correspondence and local meetings can assist in connecting with members, it may be more difficult to hear and understand the voice of each individual member within a Congregation.

Congregations who are considering change or who are looking at making a decision that could affect the entire Congregation, may wish to connect with each individual member.  In order to gather this essential information, a Congregation survey can be developed, distributed and analysed.

The survey will be drafted in collaboration with the leadership team and can be sent either electronically or sent in printed form. The results of the survey can then be collated and analysed. A detailed report or presentation can be provided, based on the needs of the Congregation.
